Expect sprints and climbs in and out of the saddle, to keep your body engaged. Challenge both your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds through interval training. Perfect for any fitness enthusiast, whether you are a weekend warrior or a seasoned pro.


  • FAST AF!
  • Simulate the feeling of showing up to that starting line and challenging yourself to your edge. It’s a race to the finish and we’re keeping it simple. There’s no choreography, maybe a few speed bumps (jumps) along the way. "Fast AF" (And Furious) means finding that right combination of RESISTANCE (prevents you from bouncing in the saddle), at a CADENCE that is just beyond your comfort zone and holding it. The goal is to keep your heart rate above 80% for most of the ride. Every moment should be at your edge.
