Simulate the feeling of showing up to that starting line and challenging yourself to your edge. It’s a race to the finish and we’re keeping it simple. There’s no choreography, maybe a few speed bumps (jumps) along the way. "Fast AF" (And Furious) means finding that right combination of RESISTANCE (prevents you from bouncing in the saddle), at a CADENCE that is just beyond your comfort zone and holding it. The goal is to keep your heart rate above 80% for most of the ride. Every moment should be at your edge.
