  • An intense 45 minute cardio and strength class; utilizing two-pound hand weights, adding some targeted strength moves for your arms, chest, back, and shoulders, which transforms your ride into a total-body workout. Your pedal speed at a moderate pace, using enough resistance to slow down but not so much that you can't move your legs.

  • Good Morning! Wake your mind, body, and spirit up by challenging both your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds through interval training. Perfect for any fitness enthusiast, whether you are a weekend warrior or a seasoned pro.

  • FAST AF!
  • Simulate the feeling of showing up to that starting line and challenging yourself to your edge. It’s a race to the finish and we’re keeping it simple. There’s no choreography, maybe a few speed bumps (jumps) along the way. "Fast AF" (And Furious) means finding that right combination of RESISTANCE (prevents you from bouncing in the saddle), at a CADENCE that is just beyond your comfort zone and holding it. The goal is to keep your heart rate above 80% for most of the ride. Every moment should be at your edge.
