Sarah instructs the following:
  • FAST AF!
  • Simulate the feeling of showing up to that starting line and challenging yourself to your edge. It’s a race to the finish and we’re keeping it simple. There’s no choreography, maybe a few speed bumps (jumps) along the way. "Fast AF" (And Furious) means finding that right combination of RESISTANCE (prevents you from bouncing in the saddle), at a CADENCE that is just beyond your comfort zone and holding it. The goal is to keep your heart rate above 80% for most of the ride. Every moment should be at your edge.

  • Road Warrior
  • Do you think you can handle the challenge? Your instructor will take you on an energizing ride through hills and flat terrain, simulated by different levels of resistance that you control. Attack, climb, descent and sprint your way across the finish line!

    Great calorie torch & cardio conditioning which will ultimately help you to ride further, stronger, and more efficiently outdoors. No choreography. Heart rate monitor recommended.


  • Hillz & Drillz
  • Climbing is probably the most favored part of an indoor cycling class. Hillz & Drillz will make those legs stronger and use the power you already have in them to push yourself a little further! This ride is all about effort, endurance, concentration and mental discipline. Not speed or total distance travelled.

  • Good Morning! Wake your mind, body, and spirit up by challenging both your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds through interval training. Perfect for any fitness enthusiast, whether you are a weekend warrior or a seasoned pro.
     
     
     
     
     

  • Surge Sculpt
  • An intense 45 minute cardio and strength class; utilizing two-pound hand weights, adding some targeted strength moves for your arms, chest, back, and shoulders, which transforms your ride into a total-body workout. Your pedal speed at a moderate pace, using enough resistance to slow down but not so much that you can't move your legs.

  • Hillz & Drillz
