30 Day Cycle Challenge!
Are you ready to take your workout to the next level?
Join of us for a 30 day spin challenge: the rules are simple, but your results will be amazing!  
Take 4 classes a week with us and you can burn up to  2400 calories a week  and, according to the American College of Sports Medicine, create better sleep patterns, tone lower body and core,  increase your cardio endurance, lose weight, and lower stress levels
So, what are you waiting for?
• Commit yourself to Surge Cycling by working out at least 16x (get credit for our 2-HR Ride, if you signed up for it) in the month of January. You can sign up at any time; just make sure you have enough time to complete 16 workouts. 
• We will track your attendance through our MindBody online reservation system.
• Participants who complete the challenge will receive a Surge Swag bag (complete with our newly designed t-shirt) and will be entered into a drawing for a $50.00 gift card to the Good Earth. Be prepared for surprises along the way!
• In addition to riding with us at least 16 times in the month of January, participants are encouraged to take at least 2 classes from each instructor.
