Our flagship ride, low-impact but high intensity. This heart pounding ride is a workout for your mind, body, and spirit. Expect sprints and climbs in and out of the saddle, to keep your body engaged. Challenge both your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds through interval training. Perfect for any fitness enthusiast, whether you are a weekend warrior or a seasoned pro.
SURGE SCULPT (45 MIN - ALL LEVELS)
An intense 45 minute cardio and strength class; utilizing two-pound hand weights, adding some targeted strength moves for your arms, chest, back, and shoulders, which transforms your ride into a total-body workout. Your pedal speed at a moderate pace, using enough resistance to slow down but not so much that you can't move your legs.
HIP-HOP CLUB CYCLE (45 MIN - INTERMEDIATE)
The Cities' only 45 minute high energy cycling class powered to new and old school Hip Hop, R&B, Funk and Rap jams. This is rhythm riding at its finest! By using the BPM (beats per minute) to simulate movement on the bike it brings unity to the class. Expect more choreographed drills. HILLZ & DRILLZ (45 MIN - INTERMEDIATE)
Climbing is probably the most favored part of an indoor cycling class. Hillz & Drillz will make those legs stronger and use the power you already have in them to push yourself a little further! This ride is all about effort, endurance, concentration and mental discipline. Not speed or total distance travelled.
CRUNK CYCLE (45 MIN - ALL LEVELS)
Hop on that bike and get crunk! Go buck-wild with this athletic take on indoor cycling by dropping heavy beats that will for sure get you pumped up. We dare you to stay in your saddle! Expect some choreographed drills, upper-body sculpting (2-pound dumbbells optional) and a whole lot of sweating. *Parental Advisory: Some songs may contain explicit content.
FAST AF (45 MIN - ADVANCED)
Simulate the feeling of showing up to that starting line and challenging yourself to your edge. It’s a race to the finish and we’re keeping it simple. There’s no choreography, maybe a few speed bumps (jumps) along the way. "Fast AF" (And Furious) means finding that right combination of resistance (prevents you from bouncing in the saddle), at a cadence that is just beyond your comfort zone and holding it. The goal is to keep your heart rate above 80% for most of the ride. Every moment should be at your edge. There are only three speeds: FAST, FASTER, and FAST AF! Experience the adrenaline rush and motivating euphoria of speed!
ROAD WARRIOR (45 MIN - INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED)
Do you think you can handle the challenge? Your instructor will take you on an energizing ride through hills and flat terrain, simulated by different levels of resistance that you control. Attack, climb, descent and sprint your way across the finish line! Great calorie torch & cardio conditioning which will ultimately help you to ride further, stronger, and more efficiently outdoors. No choreography. Heart rate monitor recommended.
