What I want riders to know:

I want riders to leave my class with a sense of accomplishment and pride in what they’ve just done. We’re gonna have fun, listen to good music and sweat! My goal as an instructor is to give riders confidence and make them realize what a badass they are!

What I want riders to know:

I like to play songs you won't hear on the radio and push you to do more than what you think you can. Get outta that head and let your body find the beat.

Heavy hills in and out of the saddle make me feel strong and powerful.

 

What I want riders to know:

I want each rider to feel encouraged to be their authentic self and use the 45 minutes of class for whatever they need! There's nothing better than riding to the beat of the best music, climbing heavy-ass hills, and doing choreography in sync with the best crew. I'm full of gratitude for this community and the magic that happens in the studio.

Dumbbell devil press.

 

What I want people to know:

I want you to crush your goals by stepping outside your comfort zones, trying something new, and getting stronger! Strength training is extremely beneficial for a ton of reasons, including taking your spin skills to a whole new level.

A heavy climb that transitions into a sprint.

 

What I want riders to know:

Come for the climbs and stay for the fun! My classes are filled with sweat and smiles. My goal is to make sure riders feel proud after class, whether they reached a new gear, met a new workout friend or just felt good about getting their butts out of bed!

An out-of-the-saddle climb (low and slow to work the booty).

 

What I want riders to know:

One goal for class is to bring new and familiar music to your ears while climbing hills with speed in a way that leaves you feeling stronger than when class started. We'll focus on form, strength and cardio. Lights out, volume up, let's go!

Favorite drill on the bike:

Jog with a tap and push. (The real answer is a 85-90 jog out of the saddle with a tap and push, but I don't want to scare people.)

 

What I want riders to know:

Have fun and don't take yourself too seriously! If the choreography feels a little silly or you don’t catch the beat right away, that’s perfectly OK. Just let loose, have fun and enjoy the ride!

Gimme all the jumps! 2, 4, 6, 8 count…and add in that clap? Now we’re talkin'!

 

What I want riders to know:

I want riders to feel strong and empowered in my class. I believe in celebrating what your body is capable of, regardless of the life stage you’re in. And most importantly, I want you to fall in love with riding under the lights to the beat of the music in our happy place.

I’m more of a heavy hills girl these days.

 

What I want riders to know:

My goal is to keep each class high energy from start to finish. Together we’ll build strength and endurance through a variety of heavy climbs and quick sprints. Whether you’re one day or one decade into your fitness journey, my classes are catered to meet you where you’re at. Expect lots of big beat drops and fresh remixes to make the time fly by!

I love a heavy climb — a climb that leaves those legs burnin'!

 

What I want riders to know:

I want my riders to come to class ready to have fun, release stress, fill their soul and maybe laugh a little! I promise to bring awesome music, good moves and great vibes. Above all, I want riders to know I'm there to encourage and support them so they leave feeling strong and ready to take on the world!
