Surge 45 Cycle (45 MIN.)
Our flagship ride — low-impact and high intensity. This heart pounding class offers a little bit of everything. Surge 45 is designed to showcase instructors' unique creativity and musicality. It's perfect for any fitness enthusiast, whether you're a weekend warrior or seasoned pro.
Heavy HIIT Cycle (45 MIN.)
Love a heavy climb? Heavy HIIT is your jam. This class makes those legs stronger and uses the power you already have to push yourself a little further. This ride is all about effort, endurance, concentration and mental discipline. Expect lots of heavy hills (seated and standing) with a few quick legs sprinkled in.
Surge Sculpt Cycle (45 MIN.)
An intense cardio and strength class. Choose from 2- or 3-pound weights for added upper body strength. You'll work your arms, chest, back and shoulders for a total-body workout. Instructors will cue seated or standing weights, but you always have the option to use your body weight instead.
Hip Hop Cycle (45 MIN.)*
The Cities' first high-energy hip hop cycling class is rhythm riding at its finest! Expect more choreographed drills and uncensored songs. This ride will work your heart and lungs, make you sweat, and fill your soul. *Playlists contain explicit content.

Surge Strength (45 MIN.)
Surge Strength is a full-body workout off the bike. Expect floor exercises, partner circuit training, moves with medicine balls and more. You'll use a mix of body weight and equipment to strengthen your body from head to toe.
